User Terms
Rules for Users/Clients who discover, book or receive services.
1. User account
Users must provide accurate contact and booking information and protect their account credentials. A free User account does not automatically create paid Member status or Member reward eligibility.
2. Service discovery and booking
Availability, scope, price, timing and provider conditions may differ by service. Review the booking details before confirming a transaction and communicate promptly if access, location or service requirements change.
3. Payments and refunds
Payments are subject to the Payment Terms and applicable booking conditions. Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy and any disclosed service-specific rules.
4. Reviews and communications
Reviews, ratings and support communications must be truthful, relevant and non-abusive. PROABG may moderate content that is fraudulent, unlawful, threatening, irrelevant, privacy-invasive or otherwise violates platform rules.
5. Provider relationship
Where a service is provided by an independent Service Provider, that Provider remains responsible for the professional delivery of the service, subject to PROABG’s platform dispute and support mechanisms and applicable law.
