Service Provider Terms

Rules for professionals and businesses offering services through PROABG.

Effective: 15 September 2026Version: 2026-09-15-v1

1. Provider status

A Service Provider acts as an independent professional or business unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise. Registration on PROABG does not create employment, agency, partnership or authority to bind Atharva Endeavours LLP.

2. Accuracy, licences and qualifications

Providers must give accurate identity, service, pricing, qualification and licensing information and maintain any registration, licence, insurance or professional authorisation required for the services they offer.

3. Service standards

Providers must communicate honestly, attend accepted bookings, perform services with reasonable skill and care, respect safety and privacy, issue legally required invoices or records, and avoid misleading, discriminatory or abusive conduct.

4. Pricing, payments and settlements

Applicable platform fees, taxes, settlement rules, cancellation charges and provider amounts will be governed by the service configuration and booking record. PROABG may hold or delay a settlement during a genuine dispute, refund, fraud review or compliance investigation where permitted.

5. Service Network rewards

Where a Provider participates in an eligible PROABG network arrangement, the current configuration may provide a 25% Direct Service Network Share and 5% Service Network Share at Levels 2 to 5.

These percentages are calculated only from the eligible PROABG service margin or service share configured for the relevant transaction, not the customer's full invoice. They do not guarantee any minimum earnings or volume.

6. Customer data and privacy

Customer information received through PROABG may be used only for the authorised booking, support, legal or safety purpose. Providers must not sell, scrape, spam, reuse or disclose customer data for unrelated purposes.

7. Disputes and suspension

PROABG may request evidence, communications, invoices, service records or other information to investigate a complaint. Material misconduct, safety risk, fraud, repeated non-performance or legal non-compliance may result in listing restriction, settlement hold, suspension or termination.

Important: These online terms form part of the PROABG contractual framework. Mandatory rights under applicable law prevail where they cannot lawfully be excluded.
