Grievance Redressal
How to raise complaints, payment issues, privacy concerns and service disputes.
1. How to raise a grievance
Use the support or grievance contact displayed below. Please include your PROABG ID (if any), transaction or booking reference, a clear description of the issue and supporting documents that do not expose passwords, UPI PINs, OTPs or card security codes.
2. Acknowledgement and resolution target
PROABG aims to acknowledge a formal grievance within 48 hours and to resolve it within 30 days, or sooner where applicable law requires. Complex disputes, payment reconciliation or third-party investigations may require additional information.
3. Escalation
If you are dissatisfied with the first response, reply to the grievance communication asking for escalation and include the prior complaint reference. Statutory consumer, regulatory and judicial remedies remain unaffected.
4. Privacy grievances
Privacy, consent withdrawal, correction, erasure and data-rights requests may be submitted through the same grievance channel or the privacy contact shown on the Legal Disclosure page.
