Network Rewards Policy
How Member and Service Network rewards are calculated, qualified, reversed and disclosed.
1. Purpose
This policy explains the current PROABG reward configuration. It must be read with the Membership Terms, Service Provider Terms and applicable transaction records.
2. Member activation rewards
For an eligible confirmed paid Member activation, the current configuration provides ₹300 to the first eligible upline and ₹50 to each eligible upline at Levels 2, 3, 4 and 5.
No reward is generated merely because someone creates a free User account. No reward is payable on failed, unpaid, duplicate, fraudulent, cancelled or reversed activity.
3. Service Network rewards
For eligible Service Provider activity, the current configuration provides a 25% Direct Service Network Share at Level 1 and a 5% Service Network Share at Levels 2 to 5.
These percentages apply to eligible PROABG service margin or service share, not the customer's full invoice.
4. Five-upline limit and Growth & Sustainability Pool
The Member activation reward window stops after five uplines. Where a configured reward cannot be paid because the relevant upline is absent, ineligible or otherwise not payable, the amount may be directed to the Growth & Sustainability Pool in accordance with the platform rules.
5. Qualification and withdrawal
Ordinary Member withdrawal eligibility currently requires 10 confirmed direct active paid Members, together with any KYC, anti-fraud, payout and tax conditions. This threshold is a withdrawal qualification rule; it is not a promise that any particular reward amount will be earned.
6. Reversals
When an underlying qualifying transaction is refunded, reversed, charged back, cancelled or found invalid, linked rewards may be reversed through the immutable/audited ledger before or after payout, subject to recovery and set-off rules permitted by law.
7. No Guaranteed Income
PROABG does not guarantee earnings or financial success. Illustrative examples show only how configured percentages or fixed amounts would calculate if genuine qualifying activity occurs. Members and Providers must not market PROABG using guaranteed-income, get-rich-quick or misleading recruitment-only claims.
