1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of PROABG, a platform operated as a venture of Atharva Endeavours LLP. By creating an account, using the website, booking or offering services, applying for or activating membership, or otherwise using PROABG, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from the Legal Center.

If you do not agree, do not create an account or use a paid or membership feature.

2. Eligibility and account responsibility

You must be legally competent to enter into the relevant transaction or agreement. Where a service is used for or on behalf of a minor, the parent or lawful guardian remains responsible for the account and consent required by law.

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and promptly update material account information. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless you promptly report suspected unauthorised access.

3. Platform role and third-party providers

PROABG may facilitate discovery, booking, communication, payment, membership benefits and other platform services. Some services may be supplied by independent Service Providers or other third parties. Their professional, statutory, licensing and tax obligations remain their responsibility.

Displaying a Service Provider does not amount to a guarantee of results, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or professional outcome.

4. Membership, benefits and rewards

Membership features, prices, eligibility conditions and benefit amounts are those shown on the platform at the time of activation and may be updated prospectively.

Where the platform displays a ₹1,500 Activation Benefit, that benefit is a non-withdrawable service/platform credit and is not cash, a deposit, an investment, or a guaranteed financial return.

Network or Service Network rewards are conditional, auditable and subject to the applicable Membership Terms, Network Rewards Policy, KYC, payment confirmation, reversals, anti-fraud controls and other eligibility rules. No Guaranteed Income is promised or represented.

5. Bookings, pricing and payments

Prices, taxes, platform charges, provider charges and other applicable amounts will be displayed before payment where reasonably practicable. Payments may be processed by third-party payment gateways, UPI applications, banks or other regulated payment participants.

A payment is treated as successful only after confirmation through the platform payment records or server-side payment verification. A screenshot, client-side message or UPI application screen alone is not final confirmation.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use PROABG for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, impersonation, spam, false earning claims, misleading sales statements, data scraping, unauthorised access, payment manipulation, fake bookings, self-dealing designed to generate rewards, or any conduct that harms users, providers, the platform or the public.

PROABG may investigate, restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, prevent fraud or enforce these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

PROABG branding, software, layouts, text, graphics and platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except where expressly permitted, you may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, republish or commercially exploit platform materials.

8. Disclaimers and limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the platform is provided on an “as available” basis. PROABG does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific service outcomes, provider availability, earnings or business growth.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights, remedies or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using PROABG at any time. Certain paid memberships, bookings, refunds, settlements or pending disputes remain subject to their applicable terms even after account closure.

PROABG may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach, fraud, legal or regulatory requirements, misuse, non-payment or conduct creating material risk.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any jurisdiction clause is subject to mandatory consumer and statutory rights. Users may use the platform grievance process before pursuing any other remedy available under law.

11. Changes to these Terms

Material changes will be published with an updated effective date. Where law or the nature of the change requires fresh consent, PROABG will request it before the relevant processing or feature continues.
