This Privacy Policy applies to personal data processed through PROABG websites, portals, registrations, membership, service bookings, provider onboarding, support, communications and related digital interactions.
2. Personal data we may collect
Depending on the feature used, we may collect identity and contact details, login information, address and location details you provide, profile information, KYC information where required, service booking details, membership and referral records, payment status and references, support communications, device and security logs, preferences and consent records.
We do not ask you to disclose your UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV or banking OTP to PROABG. Payment credentials are handled by the relevant payment application, bank or payment gateway.
3. Purposes of processing
We process personal data to create and secure accounts, provide services, manage bookings and provider relationships, administer membership and reward eligibility, verify payments, conduct KYC and fraud checks where applicable, issue invoices and records, provide support, resolve disputes, send service communications, improve the platform and comply with legal obligations.
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent using the contact or account mechanism made available for that purpose. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully completed and may make certain optional or consent-dependent features unavailable.
4. Sharing and processors
Personal data may be shared, only as reasonably necessary, with Service Providers involved in a booking, payment processors and banks, communication providers, hosting/security vendors, professional advisers, auditors, law-enforcement or regulatory authorities, and other parties where required by law or authorised by you.
PROABG does not sell personal data as a standalone product to advertisers.
5. Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose, contractual and accounting records, fraud prevention, dispute handling, statutory retention and legal claims. Data may be deleted, anonymised or archived when no longer required, subject to legal retention duties.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal data, including account controls, access restrictions, audit trails and security monitoring. No internet system can guarantee absolute security, and users must also protect their passwords, devices and OTPs.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request information about personal data processed about you, correction or updating of inaccurate data, erasure where legally available, grievance redressal, and other rights provided by applicable data protection law.
Where applicable, you may also exercise nomination and consent-related rights in the manner provided by law. Requests may require reasonable identity verification.

PROABG is not intended to create paid membership or Service Provider relationships with persons who cannot lawfully contract. Where personal data of a child is processed for a permitted service, appropriate parent or lawful guardian consent will be required when applicable.
9. Cookies and similar technologies
We may use essential cookies for sessions, security and preferences, and optional analytics or functionality cookies where enabled. See the Cookie Policy for more information.
