Code of Conduct

Expected conduct for Members, Users and Service Providers.

1. Honesty and fair dealing

Do not make false claims about PROABG, services, pricing, provider qualifications, membership benefits, reward eligibility or earnings. Do not hide material conditions from a prospective customer, Member or Provider.

2. No recruitment-only or guaranteed-income claims

Do not present PROABG as a guaranteed-income opportunity, investment, deposit, money-circulation arrangement or get-rich-quick scheme. Do not claim a reward is payable merely for free registration or recruitment where the platform rules require a genuine qualifying paid transaction or service activity.

3. No harassment or spam

Do not send repeated unsolicited messages, misuse contact lists, harass users, pressure individuals to purchase or join, or continue contacting a person after a reasonable opt-out request.

4. Privacy and confidentiality

Use personal data only for authorised platform purposes. Do not sell, scrape, publish or reuse customer, Member or Provider information without a lawful basis and appropriate authority.

5. Payments and identity

Do not collect payments into unauthorised personal channels when PROABG requires platform payment, impersonate another person, create fake accounts, manipulate referrals, or request passwords, UPI PINs, OTPs or card security codes.

6. Service quality and safety

Providers must follow applicable safety, licensing and professional standards. Members and Users must behave respectfully toward Providers and must not request unlawful or unsafe work.

7. Enforcement

Serious or repeated breaches may lead to warning, reward hold, listing restriction, suspension, termination, reversal of invalid benefits, reporting to authorities where required, or other proportionate action.

Important: These online terms form part of the PROABG contractual framework. Mandatory rights under applicable law prevail where they cannot lawfully be excluded.
